TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
- PAYMENT
- For all accessories and floor product leaving the store immediately or being shipped within 4 weeks after the sale, full payment in the form of credit card, cash or check is required. For all custom and special orders placed on product, full payment in the form of credit card, cash or check is required. There is no cancellation on any orders once the order has been processed.

- DELIVERY
- Delivery charge is additional. Local delivery will be arranged through a local delivery company, unless otherwise requested. Customer will be responsible for making sure that all doors, elevators, corridors, hallways, stairwell, etc., are adequate to receive merchandise. CITE can provide an estimated delivery amount, but this amount is an "estimate" only, until the local delivery company is contacted for the actual amount. The estimated delivery amount is based on delivery from a "local holding location". Customer is responsible for clearly inspecting any damage and claims must be made immediately and at the time of receiving items either via delivery or picking up from showroom. CITE does not assume responsibility for damages due to improper handling by the customer or delivery company.

- CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS DATE OF ARRIVAL
- CITE reserves the right to change the estimated date of arrival due to unforeseen circumstances with the factory and/or freight. Custom or special orders are non-refundable.

- FINISHES
- Variations in color and grain pattern are natural characteristics of all items. On all merchandise, fabrics and leathers are not warranted against fading, dye lot variances, wearing or any damages resulting from any cleaning process substance or operations. CITE does not assume responsibility for shade variations between sample swatches and final product. All vintage items are sold in "as is" condition and as such are a final sale. Any restoration and/or refinishing can be arranged with our customer service department and is at an additional charge.

- RETURN POLICY
- All returns will be accepted in the form of a store credit only, and must be accompanied with a sales receipt within 10 days of receiving the product either through delivery or pick up. A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied against the credit. Store credits will only be issued at the discretion of CITE No returns are accepted after 10 days. No returns on discounted or vintage items.
